The second one, there is private pool and spa plus plus. And the last, there is just a private pool. For the price of the first room is Rp 3.500.000 / night. The second is Rp 3.000.000 / night. And the last is Rp 2.500.000 / night.

Mr. Y                           : Ok then, I decided to choose the first one.

Mr. Z                           : Okay sir. We will deliver about 30 minutes later.

Mr. Y               : For the first, the waiter who deliver food is impolite, the second one is the water heater is didn’t work. It doesn’t seem like according to the price for that room.

Mr. X               : I represent from Nusa Dua Cottage, I’m so sorry for the mistake that we have made. For the next day, we will promise to improve our services and facilities Nusa Dua Cottage.
