Mr. Y : I wanna stay hear about next 3
days with my family. Are there rooms that fit our family budget and capacity?
Mr. X : Ok well, we provide 3
family rooms with different facilities.
Mr. Y : Oh ok interested, what facilities
are there? And how much that cost?
Mr. X : Well, I will explain first for
you. The advantages about the first room, there is private pool, jacuzzi, karaoke
room, and the balcony that facing up to the beach. The second one, there is
private pool and spa plus plus. And the last, there is just a private pool. For
the price of the first room is Rp 3.500.000 / night. The second is Rp 3.000.000
/ night. And the last is Rp 2.500.000 / night.
Mr. Y : Ok then, I decided to
choose the first one.
Mr. X : Okay, let me take your

Good night. I’m so sorry, I wont to continue to spend the night here again

For the first, the waiter who deliver food is impolite, the second one is the
water heater is didn’t work. It doesn’t seem like according to the price for
that room.
Mr. X :
I represent from Nusa Dua Cottage, I’m so sorry for the mistake that we have
made. For the next day, we will promise to improve our services and facilities
Nusa Dua Cottage.
Mr. Y :
