·         Step Of the Party :

1.      Meeting with our client

2.      Discuss with our client about theme of the party

3.      If the theme has been chosen, then we discuss about venue and time for the party

4.      After that, we discuss about their budget according of the theme

5.      Determine some foods that are suitable for the theme

6.      Determine the dresscode that will be used

7.      Invitation list, how much people that will be invited

8.      Client come to an agreement on the down payment fee

9.      And the last we contact our client that the preparation was done before the party will be held

·         As long as being a party planner it doesn’t always run smoothly, sometimes there are so many problem around it, there are :

1.      Miss comunication with our client

2.      Calculation of the budget that’s not approriate between the owner and client

3.      And many more....

2. Finance Team : Doing discussion about their budget

3. Consumption Team :Giving an advice for some foods that are suitable with the theme to client

4. Event Team : Determining of the event start from venue, rundown, and host

1st Week : Checking the venue, wheter the place is suitable or not with the theme of the party

2nd Week : Food tasting

3rd Week : Bought some property that will be used and make sure all of imperfection has been handled

·         Handle Problem

In the third week, the client wanted to change the venue due to the travel required from his house. With only a few days to go to until the party, the owner was for we to find a new venue that was closer to the house. After some searching, a new venue was secured.

·         Final Step of the Party

At the last week, preparation was done. Start from the place, time, foods, rundown and decoration are ready to be held. And during the event, invited guests seems really enjoyed to the party, the host can bring the atmosphere was fun. Finally the event going smoothly without any problems again.
