Descriptions of each organization
The Division of duties and responsibilities of each
part in the structure of the Organization in accordance with its function as
follows:
1. General Manager (GM)
The main Manejer the highest company has the authority
responsible for the continuation of all activities of the company include
leading, organizing, guiding and directing the company's organization, where
such activity to achieve the accomplishments in producing high-quality
products with the assurance of quality system which is always awake and
implemented consistently.
2. GM Secretary
The Corporate Secretary serves as a liaison between
the company with capital market institutions, shareholders, and
society. The Secretary is responsible for monitoring compliance with
regulations and conditions of the capital market.
3. the Manager of the Factory (Factory Manager)
The factory manager is in charge of and responsible
for regulating and supervising the activities related to the production and
take measures for the smooth running of the production process.
a. Production Supervisor (Production Supervisor)
Production supervisor in charge of refining the
Organization, procedures and systems to the achievement of the work in all
aspects. Provide the means and needs of the facility in accordance with
work requirements.
b. Engineering Manager (Technical Manager)
In charge of planning, coordinating and controlling
the activities of the technique so that it can ensure the smooth operations of
the production machinery and means of support. Create a work planning are
aligned with the objectives of the management in particular in activities
relating to engineering. Keep the execution of machine maintenance and
repair
c. Manager Of Warehouse (Warehouse Manager)
The warehouse manager in charge of planning and
controlling the activities of the warehousing, thus achieved its main goals,
including safety, Accuracy the number and needs of goods managed, by
implementing systems and procedures that have been established management. Implemented
work procedures, including the terms, safety and occupational health (K3) to
keep and maintain all of the company's assets in the form of fixed assets or

warehouse as well as supporting the implementing power, that reached the
utilization of facilities and workforce optimization.
d. Supervisor PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control).

schedule and control the procurement of raw materials Raw materials (RM) and finished goods Finished Good (FG). Plan the advent of RM in
order to support the smooth running of the production process in the schedule
have been made. Make production schedule based on Confirmed Weekly Order (CWO) is
received. Monitor inventory levels from warehouse RM or FG so that
standard and buffer inventory is maintained
4. PDQCM (Process Development and Quality Control
Manager)
PDQC Manager in charge and responsible for inspecting
raw materials, supplementary materials, finished products, and packaging
materials. Oversee analysis of production quality, responsible for the
completeness of the laboratory for analysis and product development. In
addition
a. Supervisor Quality Control Process (Quality Control
Process Supervisor)
Supervisor quality control process helps PDQCM in
terms of quality control system of the production process. Monitor &
control the quality of the production process and finished products, according
to the quality standard set forth. Monitor the work of the QC Process Spv & the Administration section. Make
improvement of quality and cost of
equipment for the needs analysis
b. Supervisor Quality Control Of Raw Material/Finished
Product (Quality Control Of Raw Materials/Finished Gd Supervisor).
Supervisor quality control of raw materials/finished
products on duty assisting PDQCM in terms of quality control and development of
FG & RM production process. Supervise directly process the Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) which includes
coordination of QC Field RM &
FG and implementation the publication of the results of the analysis of
IQC and OQC so work activities can go smoothly. Doing coordination tasks
IQ RM & FG, OQC RM & FG and developing process. Maintain a smooth
task acceptance of RM/FG and OQC RM/FG. Keep an eye on pelaksaan GMP HACCP
and SOP on warehousing. Represents the PDQCM if it is not there. Monitor,
evaluate quality standard that has been set.
5. Finance Manager (Finance and Accounting Manager)
Financial Manager in charge and responsible plan,
prepare a budget and planning (AOP) to determine the objectives to be
achieved. Operational monitor activities in terms of aspect financial order in line with AOP. Sign
the bank instrument (cheques, bank transfers) in
accordance with the restrictions set out company. Setiaap verification of
expenses or the purchase of other assets and use of funds in accordance with
the limitations set by the company. Establish the implementation of system
and procedures related to finance.
a. Supervisor Of Finance (Finance Supervisor)
The financial supervisor on duty assisting in the
running of the FAM function treasury & Controllership.
b. Financing Of Controller Supervisor (Cots Control
Supervisor)
Financing of controller on duty supervisors monitor
the project cost. Usually cost control does
not draw up the budget because the budget was
already determined in the beginning before the project begins. The
Budget prepared by the company, and the duty cost
controler is closely monitoring its use.
c. Supervisor Of Accounting (Accounting Supervisor).
Accounting supervisor is in charge of carrying out the
tasks of verification and control for any expenses. Coordinating any
activity logging transactions paerusahaan are up to date. Implementing
the tax report and tax payment in accordance with the Government.
6. Marketing Manager (Area Sales and Promotion Manager)
Marketing Manager (Area Sales Promotion Manager)
has the task and responsibilities in coordinating the distribution of products
to the marketing, doing sales and product demand, prepare plan sales and
product demand, plan and create a draft campaign, as well as making plans
sales and demand for the product.
Marketing Manager is divided into 2 regions which
includes the ASPS (Area Sales Promotion Supervisor). ASPS have
duties and responsibilities as follows:
1) Time of Territorial Management (TTM) that ASPS can manage area which includes
responsibilities according the territory, knowing how large the market and
analyze the market potential, find out data about the population, income
per capita as how town in the area, etc. as well as managing the sales
person that covers the area.
2) Merchandising namely ASPS are responsible for brand building as it
analyzes certain areas would have to be installed or replacing billboards,
vinyl banners, boards, etc. are illustrated Indofood products. ASPS
also checks the existing products in the shops and interesting product that has
expired.
3) Promotion,
i.e. activities which include Trade Promo (doing promotions to
stores by giving discounts), Consumer Promo (do tasting
demonstrations, product sales per package, village splashy), and Sponsorship (became a
sponsor of the event or events ).
4) The Goodwill i.e. ASPS should
establish good relationships with distributors, stores and also business
associates.
Personnel Manager (Branch Personnel Manager)
personnel Manager has the functions of planning, coordinating, directing
and controlling the activities of the kepersonaliaan covering industrial
relations, staffing, security, administration, PR, and public services to
support the company's goal achievement process both short term and long
term.Besides personnel manager has the task and responsibility of creating
harmonious industrial relations to achieve peace industrial (workplace
tranquility and peace effort) corporate surroundings. Organizes the terms and
working conditions in order to realize the rights and responsibilities of
employees and Administration staffing appropriately as a condition for
increasing productivity of work is optimal. Provide support and services to all
parties in order to reach the standard of work optimally. Make an analysis of
the development of the organization regularly and actively supported the
activities of the development quality/Total Quality Management (TQM).
Participate implement HACCP program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).

Supervisor is in charge of assisting supervisor in planning, coordinating and
implementing activities of industrial relations to achieve the optimal level of
industrial tranquillity.
b. Supervisor
of administration and salary (Wages and Administration Supervisor)

Supervisor is in charge of assisting supervisor in planning, coordinating, and
implementing administrative staffing activities and waging/social security in
accordance with the provisions of that applies.

Services and Public Service Supervisor (General Affair and Service Supervisor)
the
Supervisor is in charge of assisting supervisor in planning, pengkoordinasian
and implementation of the activities of the public service, special service and
licensing in accordance with the company.
d.
Security Supervisor (Security Supervisor)
the Supervisor is in charge of assisting
supervisor in planning, coordinating and implementing activities of security,
curbing factory, environment in order to achieve an optimal level of
calmness.
e.
Public Relations Supervisor (Pubic Relations Supervisor)
these Supervisors on duty in fostering and
developing good relations between the company with their public. Good relations
with the public is intended in order to instill understanding, foster
motivation and encourage the public to participate in creating a climate of
opinion or opinions favorable to the company.
8.
Purchasing Purchasing Officer has the duty and authority in establishing and
maintaining the purchasing procedures to control the activities of purchase,
confirms the purchase document before the document is sent to the supplier and
choose and evaluate supplier that has been determined.
